We offer bespoke, full-service design concepts including colour palettes, sourcing quality vendors and floor plans right down to the smallest piece of beautiful stationery. Custom creation and sourcing, through to coordination, management, logistics, and execution of your special moment or event. Immersive floral designs, layered, personalised table scapes, intimate grazing experiences for two or an overflowing grazing table for two hundred! The pretty and the nitty-gritty. Utilising the skills of one experienced vendor and their trusted suppliers ensures a seamless and consistent look and feel for your day. Please note we only offer our planning services for our couples seeking the entire E Squared Design Co. experience including our signature florals and styling.

After you reach out through our form below and using all of the glorious details you’ve sent me through - Your overall vibe, colour palettes and bridal posse numbers… I’ll devise a preliminary breakdown of investment reflecting the services you’ve requested. This will allow you to understand how best to maximise your vendors and design elements for the most impact, while still ensuring a beautifully styled day. I’ll send this through for your perusal along with our event information pack.

If we feel the fit is right we’ll book in a lovely phone or skype chat. After our initial phone consultation and an incredibly animated and excitable chat, we’ll lock in your date, pop through a deposit and head into the exciting territory of deep and involved design for your incredible day, many cups of tea over the course of our scheduled meetings (and let’s be honest… a sneaky wine or two!)
I want to get to know you! What floats your boat, what are your design priorities and how we’re going to achieve them, is all part and parcel of my design process. I adore working alongside our couples designing a complete, comprehensive concept and colour palette- start to finish, overflowing with personalised details, florals & luxurious touches that are unique to you! This is….I always stress, for the most part, a collaborative process that makes the journey from start to finish an absolute joy and pleasure!

Once I’ve completed your design proposal, lush wedding aesthetic and scope, we’ll spend the lead up to your wedding, meeting vendors and soaking in the excitement of the beautiful day to come! We’ll spend the month before carefully selecting your blooms, placing orders with our trusted suppliers and share our final meeting to confirm all of the special and essential details for your big day.
